Googly eyes on a crumpled piece of paper

Jessica Miller

My particular interest lies in projects that seek to address climate change and contribute to repairing our relationship to the natural world. I work cross-disciplinarily, spanning the practices of product design, visual and information design, and art. Much of my work involves collaboration with scientists and other subject matter experts, connecting research data to information and insights. I enjoy working with teams focused on creative and cultural production, sustainability, and design for good.

I graduated with an MFA from California College of the Arts, and have received awards including the South by Southwest Award for Best in Mobile, the Toby Devan Lewis Award, and the San Francisco Foundation's Cadogan Award. My product design work was published in Metropolis Magazine's feature, Next Generation Design for Disability. I have exhibited at the San Jose Institute for Contemporary Art, the Exploratorium, and Artist's Television Access.
