Googly eyes on a crumpled piece of paper

Jessica Miller

Working as a designer over the last 15 years, my practice spans the disciplines of digital product design, UX/UI, visual systems, and brand identity. I enjoy working with teams focused on technology innovation, creative and cultural production, sustainability, and design for good. At this time I am focused on projects that address climate change, sustainability, and efforts to repair our relationship to the natural world.

I graduated with an MFA from California College of the Arts, creating sculptural and video installations that explore the utility/futility of individual action in the face of climate collapse. I have received awards in the fields of both design and art, including a South by Southwest Award for Best in Mobile, the Toby Devan Lewis Award, and the San Francisco Foundation's Cadogan Award. My work was featured in Metropolis Magazine for their Next Generation design for disability award, and I have exhibited fine art at the San Jose Institute for Contemporary Art, the Exploratorium 3x3 Residency, and Artist's Television Access.
