KDDI is a Japanese telecommunications operator providing mobile phone services under the au brand. They needed to update their customer services app, called "my au" to make it more user friendly and contemporary. This app is used by customers to check their monthly usage and balances, get customer support, and find the nearest au store. My job was to maintain the established au brand identity while expanding it to include new hero moments based on unique data visualization tools.
